CANCELLATION POLICY
Fae Esthetics Policies Deposits A nonrefundable deposit is required for all appointments to secure your booking. • New clients + online bookings: deposit due at time of scheduling • Returning clients who prebook: deposit will be automatically charged 7 days prior Deposits may be transferred if you reschedule within 30 days. ⸻ Cancellations We require 48+ hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. • Less than 48 hours: 70% of service charged • No-show: 100% of service charged ⸻ Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your service may be shortened or rescheduled. ⸻ Sick Policy If you’re feeling unwell, please reschedule—we’ll always extend the same courtesy 🤍 ⸻ Guests Please come solo unless discussed ahead of time. ⸻ Refunds All services and products are final sale.
