CANCELLATION POLICY
Fae Esthetics Policies Booking Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments. • Returning clients who prebook in person don’t need to pay the deposit at the time of booking, but it will be automatically charged 7 days before your appointment to hold your spot. • New clients or online bookings require a deposit at the time of scheduling. Cancellations Please give 48+ hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. • Less than 48 hours = 70% charge • No-show = 100% charge • Deposits can be transferred if you reschedule within 30 days. Running Late? If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your service may be shortened or rescheduled. Sick Policy Feeling unwell? Please reschedule—we’ll do the same for you! No Extra Guests Please come solo to your appointment unless discussed ahead of time. Refunds No refunds on services or products, but we’re always happy to help if there’s an issue—just reach out within 48 hours. Payments We accept card, cash, and digital payments.
